Tasting Notes

Northern Brewer bittering hops and Sazz aroma hops.
16 IBU
Canadian 2 Row and UK Crystal Malt with a portion of wheat from our family farm to give a crisp, clean foam.
Golden ale lightly hopped with a sweet aroma. Crisp initial taste with a smooth, refreshing finish.
Pairs well with rich, aromatic and spicy foods such as chilli, bbq ribs, chicken and beef.
